12/24/40.5 kV C-GIS using dry air or nitrogen instead of SF6 — fully welded stainless-steel gas tank up to IP67, vacuum interruption and complete five-prevention interlocking.
The HP-ELS-V series replaces SF6 with dry air or nitrogen (or C4/C5–CO2 synthetic-gas mixtures with insulation performance equal or close to SF6) as the insulating medium. It is green and environment-friendly, eliminates SF6 pollution, and avoids switching failures caused by insulation or arc-quenching deterioration due to SF6 liquefaction.
Fully sealed welded enclosure in stainless steel, protection level up to IP67, isolating dust and moisture
Independent gas-tank structure: MV components enclosed in a sealed stainless-steel tank, immune to small animals, corrosive gas, humidity, dust and sunlight
Rational layout: busbar module on top, three-position disconnector/earthing switch in the middle, breaker or load-break switch at the bottom
Spacious cable compartment for parallel cables and additional surge arresters; all cable plugs at the same height

Three-position disconnector & earthing switch: isolation / earthing / open positions, coordinating with the breaker for circuit control and protection
Pressure-relief rupture disc at the tank bottom: internal arc gas bursts the disc and vents into the trench, protecting operators and equipment
Complete five-prevention interlocking with clear position indication, preventing all typical mal-operations
Reserved intelligent interfaces and sensor positions: remote monitoring, fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance for smart distribution networks
