What voltage classes do your switchgear products cover?

Our switchgear products cover 10 kV, 12 kV, 24 kV and 40.5 kV. The HP-ELS eco-gas GIS and XGN/XGW ring main units are standard platforms. Transformers are available from 35 kV to 500 kV.

What are the export and certification credentials?

HaiBian holds independent import/export rights and three international certifications: ASTA (UK), TÜV (Germany) and CE — meeting EU market access and IP54 requirements. We also have a European joint venture, Shanghai Haimiya Grid Power Technology Co., Ltd.

Where is the factory and what is the production capability?

Our factory is located at No. 222 Punan 6th Rd, Yueqing Economic Development Zone, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. The facility has 2 automated production lines, 4 Panasonic welding robots, world-class laser cutting and CNC sheet metal processing, and a clean production workshop.

Are all products type-tested?

Yes. All HaiBian products have passed type tests at Xi'an High Voltage Research Institute (XIHARI) — China's highest authority for HV equipment. Core technologies have been assessed by Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department as nationally leading.

What standards do your products comply with?

Our switchgear complies with GB 3906, IEC 60298 and IEC 62271. Storage products meet IEC 62109, CE and relevant EU directives. Transformers comply with GB/T 6451 and IEC 60076. All products carry full type-test documentation.
